We could not have done it without you...

A message from the 2018 Chair, Michelle Barron...

It’s the end of another successful year for the Teddy Festival. In addition to our usual thank you’s and announcements, I would like to say a personal thank you to our 2018 committee. Sandra, Stephanie, Tim, Kathryn, Caroline, Lisa, Martin and Steve and Emma. It takes such a lot of work to make these things happen. We are all volunteers and I’m really grateful to you for giving up so much of your free time to support the Teddy Festival.

On behalf of the entire committee I would like to extend a very special thank you to Paul and Diane. Paul has made the decision to step down after 5 years of running the Teddy Festival Art Exhibition.  Paul has worked incredibly hard to make our Art Exhibition a success, and I have to say this year in particular was a real credit to his hard work and dedication. The Art preview evening was great fun to be part of, and it was fantastic to see some artists enjoying much better sales than previous years.

In addition to this change, I have decided to step down as Chair of the Teddy Festival committee. I no longer have the time to take on such a large role, but will still be very much involved and part of the team.

Great Ellingham Village Store & Post Office  The shop is an integral part of our success. You can find a warm and friendly face to keep you posted on bear and garage sale registration, art exhibition ticket sales and of course, the trail guide. 

The Crown Pub.  This year held a fun BBQ & Auction in the back garden. 

These are the amazing businesses and people who contributed prizes to our 2018 raffles, auctions and award winning bears. Thank you for your generosity.

There are so many people who make the Teddy Bear Festival a success. From storing supplies, setting up tent, hanging signs to manning tea tents, we would not be able to do it without your help.
